Zero Manual Reporting
Challenge
Our data was siloed: Sales lived in the CRM, while Finance lived in BigQuery and Looker. Nothing talked to each other.
Data Fragmentation: We couldn't build custom reports that matched business needs because the data streams were disconnected.
Spreadsheet Hell: Weekly updates required hours of manual export/import work, rebuilding slides and sheets for every meeting.
Blind Spots: We lacked real-time visibility into forecast accuracy or deal progression.
Results
I didn't just build a dashboard; I built a Revenue OS on Replit. Using n8n as the data engine, I created a pipeline that merges live CRM data with financial records into a single view.
The Data Engine: n8n extracts and maps live CRM data, while Zapier pulls financials from BigQuery. All streams merge into one real-time source of truth.
AI Deal Analysis: I embedded OpenAI and Claude to process unstructured deal communications (emails, notes), automatically extracting blockers and next steps.
Agentic Copilot: Built an AI agent that allows leadership to run cross-dimensional analysis and query data using natural language.

Single Source of Truth
Process
Data Engineering: Built a custom pipeline using n8n to extract, clean, and map Pipedrive data, merging it with financial rows from BigQuery.
AI-Assisted Development: Used Replit for rapid prototyping and hosting, utilizing Claude as an architectural guide to write the Python/React code for the frontend.
Intelligence Layer: Designed prompt chains for OpenAI to analyze unstructured text (sales notes) and convert them into structured fields (e.g., "competitor mentioned," "budget confirmed").
Deployment: Rolled out the application to the executive team, replacing static slide decks for all Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs).
