Our Journey & Key Initiatives:
Founding (Sept 2023): Launched HerSynergy Tribe with a mission to support mid-to-senior level women in tech across Nigeria and the UK.
Education Drive (Jan 2025): Raised $1,500 for "Dreams From The Slum" to launch a computer lab and provide educational materials for children in underserved communities.
The Lagos Summit: Hosted the UnleashHer Potential Summit in Lagos, gathering 140+ women for a day of leadership training and networking.
Global Expansion (London): Expanded our footprint to the UK with a sold-out Communication Fireside Chat in London (40+ attendees).
Mentorship Cohorts: Successfully matched and guided 50 mentees through structured career development tracks, supported by 16 industry mentors.
Community Impact (Sept 2025): Raised an additional $1,450 for community development and £400 to support survivors of domestic violence.
Career Day: Organized and hosted the first-ever Career Day for our partner school, directly impacting student career choices.
